Got a robocall pretending to be from HMRC saying I hadn’t responded to a letter I never got, threatening legal trouble if I didn’t press 1 to talk to someone. I just ended the call, reported it, and blocked the number. Then about four days ago, 07970 050269 rang me. I stayed silent and they said it was a wrong number - feels like they were just checking if I’d pick up. I can’t help thinking these two calls might be connected.
