Booked a slot and sounded really eager, even said he was only about 20 minutes away. But then he never turned up. He said his name was Tony. When I tried to ring back, the voicemail was a northern accent, totally different from the Tony I spoke to not even half an hour earlier. Heard that some folks get paid to book appointments and then just don't show. Proper sneaky and annoying!
