I just got a robo call saying it was from some immigration office telling me they've been trying to reach me for ages and to press 1 for English or 2 for Chinese. I’ve lived in the UK since I was born, so this felt completely bogus to me. Plus, the call came from an O2 mobile number - why would an official government agency use a mobile rather than a proper landline? Seems dodgy to me.
