Somebody called claiming to be from HR and wanted me to save their number on WhatsApp. I didn’t waste any time and ended the call right away. The whole thing lasted just a few seconds on the phone.

This woman claimed to be from my service provider and kept pressing me about whether I was an EE customer. I tried flipping the question and asked if she actually worked for EE. She kept asking me the same thing, and I kept asking her back. After a pause, she eventually said yes, but I didn’t buy it. So I just told her I wasn’t convinced and ended the call.
