Got a call from this number with a recorded message saying BT needed to cut off my internet 'cause my line was supposedly hacked. I panicked and hit 1 to speak to someone, but it felt a bit dodgy straight away. The bloke on the phone claimed he could provide a CLSI number that matched something on my screen, then guide me to verify it. Thankfully, I ended the call before going any further and it hit me that BT wouldn't ever act like that.
