Dont fall for it, its a total con. I got a call saying my internet was gonna be shut off in 4 hours because something was wrong with the router. They wanted me to press '1' to fix it. I looked it up online and apparently pressing '1' just sends you to a premium line and they make cash from it. Just hang up straight away!
