7 monthsBooked a house move for 10 in the morning. 11 o’clock passed and no sign of them. Tried calling, got excuses that someone else was on their way, then suddenly they were just round the corner. Then the bloke said he was at his daughter’s dance show! Keep in mind we were actually moving house that day. I told them it was pointless now as it was 4pm. After that, loads of abuse came through, the guy started banging on the door, calling his mates, even left threatening voicemails saying they’d come by. My poor little boy was really scared.
