Got a call on Friday 23rd Feb 2024 from a woman with an Asian accent claiming to be from BT's Refund Department. She already knew my name and address, then asked me to verify my date of birth. Sounded fishy to me, so I asked her what she needed that info for, and she just ended the call. Definitely a scam trying to steal personal details!
