Watch out for these fraudulent scams pretending to be from the UK Government regarding energy rebates! I received a dodgy message that claimed to be from them, urging me to click on a link to sign up for some so-called energy savings programme. Don't fall for it, it's a scam!

Just like the earlier call I got, they claimed to be from the energy supplier and said there was a discount on my bill. Don't fall for it, it's a total scam! My provider already gave me a discount, so this was bogus.

+447543551583 Seems to be one of those Energy Support scams from the gov. I got a text saying something like, "GOV-UK: You're entitled to a £400 discount on your energy bill thanks to the Energy Bill Support Scheme. Apply now at energy-bill-rebate-uk.com." Pretty dodgy if you ask me. I made sure to report it to 7726.
