Received a dodgy message regarding my energy bill. It claimed I was owed a refund but asked for my bank details. Total scam! Always best to double-check before sharing any info. Don’t fall for it!

Got a call on the morning of 22nd September, about 8:50am, telling me I qualified for some sort of energy bill discount from the Government. They mentioned this website: energy.bill-rebate.com. Had a quick search to check the number's origins and couldn’t find any link to the government at all. Ended up blocking it and flagged as a scam.
