Received a call today inquiring whether I had been involved in a car accident over the past three years.

I received a call from someone who wanted to chat about a supposed accident that I reportedly had six months back. I assured them that I had no recollection of such an incident. Strangely, just as I was about to ask more, the call cut off without warning.

Got a call from this number earlier, sounded like an Indian bloke called Shabniq or something close to that (not too sure on the spelling). The background noise was weird, like kids screaming in a playground or something. He said he was calling to talk about making my home more energy efficient. I cut him off and told him I don’t take calls from people who sound like they’re in a playground, plus I live in a council house, so no thanks. I've gone ahead and blocked the number now. Seems a bit persistent too, as the same number rang me yesterday as well. Bit annoying really.
