I received the exact same message and a voicemail from 08452861474, and I must say, it's quite maddening. We never share our telephone number with anyone! That said, a mate of mine did assist us in hunting for car insurance quotes not long ago - places like Compare the Market and Go Compare, if you know what I mean. Given that others have had similar experiences, it’s possible this could be one of those firms peddling our details around. Honestly, we are absolutely fed up with these nuisance calls!
