Just got a call from someone claiming to be with the postcode lottery. They said they need my bank info to send a penny over as a sort of ID check before sending out a card. When I started dodging their questions, they got pretty annoyed. Definitely sounds dodgy to me.

Got a call about some unpaid debts. They actually knew my name, but I’m pretty sure I don’t owe anything. I just told them nicely that there was no chance and then ended the call.

someone rang me from this number earlier. he started off by using my married name, which i’ve never gone by. said it was about some debt i supposedly owed. i told him i wasn’t in debt at all. he got all defensive, asking how he could have my info if i didn’t owe anything. i replied i had no clue how he even had my details, especially since he didn’t even know my real name. then he told me to f#8k off and just hung up. lovely bloke, eh?
