I didn't pick up the phone in time so I rang the number back. When someone answered, I heard 'Cats Protection League' but as soon as I mentioned who I was, they changed it to something about me having paid too much tax. I guess tax and cats sound a bit alike, but it felt dodgy to me, probably a scam.
