Got a text from this number claiming to be TSB, which was odd since I don’t even have an account there anymore. When they asked which bank I’m with now, I just decided not to answer!

I got a text saying someone added my Apple Pay to a new gadget. When I tapped the link, it showed that my Apple Pay was blocked on my own phone. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.

Got a text off this number saying it was from Santander, asking if I’d paid Argos (which I definitely hadn’t). They wanted me to reply Y or N. Had a quick look at my online banking and no sign of any payment. Seems like a total scam to me since Santander wouldn’t send texts from a random mobile number. I wouldn’t advise anyone to reply either, sometimes those texts can end up costing you if it’s a premium rate line. So yeah, I just blocked the number straight away.
