Some woman with an Indian accent called claiming she was from BT Openreach, telling me my internet switched to a public instead of private network since yesterday and that it needed sorting out. I cut her off and said, “We don’t even have internet at this address!” She just hung up right away. Pretty clear scam to me. I wonder why the network companies don’t do more to deal with these fraudsters.
