I got a call back from a guy named Ersa, who runs ESG Plumbing and Heating. He told me the landline number listed on his website and van hasn't been his for a good while - they stopped using it before 2020. Apparently, someone else has been using that number as their personal landline since around March 2020. He said he’ll make sure to get it taken off the website and the van soon.

Looks like this number is linked to some firm named EGS Plumbing and Heating, supposedly in Russet Road, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 1FN. Tried calling a few times but only got a brief answered phone message or some mumbling before it just cuts off. They’ve got this number painted on their van, alongside a private landline that’s actually owned by someone else and not supposed to be their official contact. Quite sketchy, really.
