This was a total scam! They sent me a dodgy link pretending to be from the DWP here in the UK. Once you enter your bank details, they send a code connected to your Apple account. Not long after, they try to use your card to buy all sorts, like fuel and gadgets. Definitely avoid clicking on that link. Make sure you report it as spam and scam straight away!
