I received a call from 07538640214 and I can confidently say that it's a dodgy number! The person on the line was trying to fish for our bank card information, claiming they were calling about 'telephone insurance' because we recently acquired a new phone that apparently had coverage. We’re baffled at how they’ve even gotten hold of that info! Please, whatever you do, don’t share any personal details with them! (Apologies for our somewhat clumsy English; we just hope you understand our concern.)

We've received a couple of calls from this number. It seems like one of those where if you ring back, you might accidentally sign up for something without realising it, perhaps even using your own SIM. Best to be cautious!

I’m in the same boat - just received a call from this number, but I could barely make out what they were saying, so I ended up hanging up. It sounded like a bloke on the other end. I reckon it’s related to our phone insurance since we’ve just got a new phone, and we’ve been plagued with these annoying calls ever since!

Could this chap be from Wales? I reckon I've received a call from this number and just got an email too! The way she spoke made it seem as if she was affiliated with our insurance company, which is a bit dodgy since we're actually anticipating a drop in our premiums shortly due to our switch in handsets. Just to mention, we've moved to an HTC Sensation with Vodafone via Phones4U. Curious, isn't it?

We've had this number call us and my wife four times now. I only got our phone last month, and nobody was aware of our new number. After those calls and messages from this number, I looked it up and discovered that it’s linked to some sort of criminal activity.
