Got a call about some PPI claim and they were going on about a loan I supposedly took out, but I’ve never had one. Let the guy keep going until he told me to jot something down. I just asked him, “why not just send me a cheque instead?” Next thing, he started swearing at me, calling me a "mother f***er" and threatened to mess me up right over the phone. Proper rude bloke.

When I asked to be removed from their mailing list and said I wasn’t interested, they just told me to get lost. Such rudeness!

got a call about a ppi refund claim, but the guy was really cheeky. i asked where he got my number from, and he just snapped back with “what’s the use of telling you that!” proper rude, i tell ya.
