Somebody was having a laugh trying to con me out of 500 quid, said it was for workers’ puppies or something. Total scam!

I was browsing pets4homes trying to find a pup and got a message from someone who gave me a phone number, saying it belonged to their partner. I knew better than to carry on chatting outside the website, so I got suspicious right away. I decided to look the number up and ended up here. Definitely don't trust them - seems like a total scam.

BEWARE OF PUPPY SCAM! Don’t trust it. Look up Vicky Powell scam online. She asks for a £500 deposit and pretends to help get it back but never actually does. Paypal can’t do anything to get your money back either. NEVER pay her through Paypal friends and family! She’s scammed loads of people already. I’m so upset about it.
