Thought it was EE ringing to give me a deal for sticking with them for years. Got a text and email that seemed just like the usual EE stuff I’ve seen before. But instead of a discount on my EE bill, they actually set up a direct debit for O2 without telling me. Had to sort it out and cancel that straight away. Proper annoying!
