I got a text from this number that said something about a council decision. It stated that the local city hall is randomly distributing a winter heating allowance as a result of some policy changes. The message mentioned that if you see this notification, you've been chosen for the subsidy. They asked me to enter my payment details through a link they provided. It also warned that the collection period ends before 2nd Nov 2024 and promised the payment would be sent within a week. It finished by thanking people for supporting the UK home office. Seems a bit dodgy to me!
