Gave me a bell at around 04:28 this morning. It rang just enough to rouse me from my slumber, but not quite long enough for me to pick up in time!

Got a call from some robot voice saying it was ‘Bank Security’ about dodgy purchases on ‘my card’ - but honestly, I’ve never used my card for anything like that. Seems fishy. They said, “Press 1 to confirm, press 2 to talk to customer support…” Total con!

This number popped up on my phone earlier but they didn’t leave any voicemail or message. A couple of days ago, I got calls from similar numbers starting with 063 and 059, so I’m guessing it’s the same lot, maybe some telemarketing firm? I’m not keen on calling back since I haven’t a clue who it is - it might just be one of those annoying robo-diallers checking if your number’s live, or some insurance push. Has anyone actually picked up and found out who they are? Would be great to know what they’re about.

Got a call from Utility Warehouse, they were asking why I’m switching to a different provider and wanted me to confirm the exact date my services would be moving over.

Got a call and thought it was my delivery bloke, so I rang back. But the voicemail said it was from EE messaging. Then they rang me once more, and this time some person from a call centre knew my name. I didn’t want to answer their questions, so when I asked them what company they were from and for their ID, they just hung up. That was the end of it. Total scam, in my opinion.
