Got a message claiming to be from Halifax, saying I’d made a payment to some Mr A Adams. It said if I hadn’t done it, I should visit cancelnewpayee[###] to sort it out. Tried the link but it just says it’s ‘blocked’. I doubt Halifax send stuff like this. Feels dodgy, like a scam or something. Just thought I’d warn others to steer clear. Hope it helps someone!
