Just a heads up to everyone, watch out for scammers! There's this guy on YouTube called Jim Browning who actually hacks into their systems to catch them out. He’s posted quite a few videos about it - proper eye-opening stuff.

I got a call from someone claiming to be Amazon, speaking in this weird robotic tone. They told me I’d purchased an Apple phone for £700 and if I didn’t want it, I should press one to cancel. I pressed one, then suddenly an English woman answered, and there was loads of crackly background noise like a boiler room or something. She kept repeating “hello, hello”. I told her I was going to report them to the police, then she just hung up on me.
