I've been bombarded with numerous calls and messages from this number lately. Initially, they were asking to 'refresh the details' of a TSB business account which, I must clarify, isn’t anything to do with me. After that, I was sent texts claiming they'd ring me up to 'verify a transaction', including some sort of passcode for TSB Internet Banking - likely leading me to some dodgy website of theirs. I had a few conversations with a chap named 'Shaun', who sounded rather posh yet lacked any credibility. He's been remarkably tenacious, I’ll give him that!

earlier on i said this was a scam but turns out it isnt. i spoke with the lost and stolen cards team who dont handle fraud cases, not the tsb fraud department itself. actually the text was legit and my credit card was being used without my permission. sorry for the confusion. this number is legit along with 0345 356 1034 and +44 121 260 2966.
