This number sent me a text which I ended up deleting, but later I noticed a 15p charge for that incoming message. I raised it with EE, but they just said it couldn’t happen and brushed off my complaint. If they're doing this to loads of people at 15p a time and most don’t notice, and when some do, networks just deny it, they’re making a fortune. Be careful and make sure you complain if you see anything like that.
