Total scam, I’ve had them ring me loads of times and they already knew my name. Then they passed me to a guy who acted like an answering machine. When I asked about it, he started saying I owed money. I hung up and phoned back, and they told me they got my details from some third party about car finance. I’ve never done any car finance! Definitely dodgy. You can also hear a bunch of people chatting in the background. When I mentioned calling the police, they suddenly sounded different. Avoid them and don’t pick up if they call you.

SCAM ALERT - some bloke called saying he was from the PCP dept. I asked for the company name and they paused, then claimed to be from Solicitors. I looked up the number here, and when I told him it was registered to Stour Marine, he just denied it. Asked why he was using a mobile number and he said it was from a call centre. Ended the call and blocked straight away.

If you get a call from someone saying they’re from PCP Motor Company, don’t pick up. I’ve never had any finance agreement with them or anyone like that. I’ve told the woman who calls, quite a few times now, that she’s got the wrong person but they just keep ringing from different numbers. I keep blocking each one but somehow they keep coming through daily. Asked them to remove me from their list ages ago, but nope, still getting the calls. It’s starting to feel a bit like harassment lol.
