Somebody pretending to work for Amazon called me about supposed suspicious activity on my account. They said someone was tryna buy an iPhone 14 in my name. Then they asked me to give them a verification code they said was sent through WhatsApp. When I asked why they'd send a code on WhatsApp and not just get in touch through official Amazon channels, they kept pushing me, insisting that’s how they always send codes. Bit dodgy if you ask me!
