They were promising assistance to help individuals avoid fees imposed by VCMS due to this suspension, with the idea of securing a payment from the company conducting the work. She insisted I gather all necessary documentation in order to move forward with the termination process. I was alarmed when she warned that if I chose not to engage, I might end up facing a writ for payment along with extra costs. To my mind, my timeshare situation is already concluded.
