Got a call about some time share claim, definitely felt like a scam to me.

I got a call today from someone claiming to be from the "bank’s rights board" or something like that. Seemed quite dodgy to me, definitely felt like a scam. Has anyone else had a call from that supposed organisation? Just wanted to check if it’s legit or just another scam effort.
