I got a message from 07856019458 saying “mum can you ring me on 07537143145, my phone’s acting up and I need your help.” As a mum, I just called that other number straight away. The call was dead silent, so I hung up. Then I got another text saying "mam I can’t hear you."
I quickly messaged my daughters to check if it was any of them, but none of them had sent anything. I freaked out, so I did a factory reset on my phone and locked it with my fingerprint and password. A few days later, my phone asked for the password again - but it had been changed without me doing it! I was locked out and had to do another factory reset via Google account. Not sure if they’ve changed it again, I’ll find out tomorrow I guess 😕.
