I told them I wasn’t interested in a grant for home improvements, and they just started getting really rude. Then the same bloke called me on a different mobile and carried on with the horrible rant. It was proper nasty.

After that, my phone was flooded with disgusting messages, some of them really racist. He ended up insulting me, putting me down like I was some sort of lowlife.
