Beware of Julie Taylor. The flat looks good but it’s all fake. She wants you to pay a holding deposit just to see the place. It’s sad how some folks don’t care about messing others around. If you think karma’s real, I really hope it catches up with you, Julie Taylor.

This number got in touch with me pretending to be Julie Taylor through Gumtree, offering some rental place that, from what I can tell, isn't real. They wanted me to pay £500 in advance just to be able to see the property. I was lucky not to get caught up in it, but looks like some others might have been tricked. Best to stay well clear of this one.
