Got a call from someone who couldn't really speak proper English and was pretty rude. They started saying I owed £2500 straight away to avoid some court thing about tax dodging. Just like loads of others, I got a call saying they’re suing me and to press 1 to talk to my case officer. I’m not daft enough to fall for that. These scams should be shut down, especially since older folks might get tricked and scared by this rubbish. It’s proper shocking that these con artists manage to carry on with it.
