Just wanted to share my experience with the number 07458114163, connected to a certain Denise Couchman. It turns out this is her new contact, and I'm rather chuffed I decided to search for her [email protected] Google. Otherwise, I might have fallen into a trap! She claimed to have a lovely furnished flat available nearby, complete with photos and a contract. Honestly, her story and the amount of paperwork she provided could easily fool anyone. It all seemed a bit too perfect, which is why I thought it wise to do a bit of digging online. Quite relieved I did!

Attempted to secure a £600 deposit for a viewing. The woman seemed quite elderly and the whole situation felt rather dodgy. Her emails had a rather formulaic tone, lacking any genuine touch. So, I decided to do a bit of digging online and fortunately stumbled across these comments.

This individual attempted to pull off the very same con on my daughter over the weekend, using fake land registry documents as part of their ruse! Since the property in question is nearby, I made sure to alert the current homeowner, letting them know that this person is trying to exploit their address. Let’s hope that karma catches up with whoever is orchestrating this deceitful scheme! 😡

I recently received both an email and a text from someone named Denise Coachman claiming to have a rental property available. I’m warning you, it’s a complete ruse. Don’t fall for it; she's definitely up to no good!

I narrowly avoided being conned out of £500 today! The situation was just like what others have described - they wanted a holding deposit prior to a viewing. Whatever you do, don’t part with any cash for this lowlife. Absolute bottom feeders, they are!

I've received a message following my Gumtree listing in search of a place to relocate posthaste. The individual goes by the name Denise Peyker Couchman and claims their property is located at 32 Bramwell Close, Stratton, Swindon, Wiltshire SN2 7SN. They provide what seems to be a convincing contract along with photographs. Their story involves hearing impairments and vacating the home for family reasons, making it sound all too credible. Just a word of caution to everyone - stay vigilant!

Yesterday, we got a call from her here in Lochgelly, Scotland. We already handed over £500 for the deposit plus £500 rent. She’s still saying she can’t hear, and mentioned a solicitor named Vincent Miller. She’s got a Monzo bank account with sort code 04-00-04 and number 59257681. Now, just this morning, she’s asking us for another £500.

We got a call from her yesterday here in Lochgelly, Scotland. We handed over £500 for the deposit plus £500 rent. She keeps insisting she’s deaf, and keeps mentioning a solicitor named Vincent Miller. The bank details she gave us are Monzo, sort code 04-00-04, account number 59257681. Today she’s already asking us for another £500. She’s now ringing from this number: 07488876058.

Watch out everyone! I put up a listing on Gumtree, looking for a 3-bedroom house and got a message from someone claiming to have a place available. She sent me pictures of the property, along with a fake tenancy agreement and what looked like a passport scan. She asked me to transfer £500 to her solicitor before I could even have a viewing! It wasn’t until a mate pointed out that the photos didn’t match the property's exterior on Google Maps that I realised it was a scam. I'm based in Birmingham, and this is the email address she used to try and trick me: [email protected]

She pulled a fast one on me fortnight ago for twelve grand. I was meant to collect the keys and move in with my little one. I truly hope karma catches up with her. She spun a tale about a hearing issue, and I feel like such a mug, but I'm not letting this slide. Take care out there, everyone!

Beware of Denise Peyker Couchman; she’s not to be trusted. She scheduled a viewing for a property but insisted on a £500 deposit beforehand. Having experience in lettings, I recognised the red flags instantly, so I didn’t hand over any cash. Just a heads up to everyone out there - stay vigilant!

I almost fell victim to a scammer today! They wanted me to part with £500 just to check out a property tomorrow at 4 in the afternoon. The same mobile number and email address were provided, which set off alarm bells. To top it all off, they even asked me to transfer the deposit into a bank account under the name of Miss K Clifton. Quite dodgy if you ask me!

Somebody called themselves Denise Peyker Couchman and said they were hard of hearing and had a house for rent. They seemed legit, even sent over pics and a tenancy contract. Then they wanted £600 upfront to show we weren't wasting their time. I did a reverse image search and found the photos were from a Maidstone estate agency website. I've reported it to the police, Action Fraud, Gumtree, and Crimestoppers!

+447488868200 - This number is linked to a certain Denise Couchman, and I must say, it's definitely a scam. She reached out regarding a rental property, but insisted that I cough up £500 in advance just to have a look at the place, which was originally set for Saturday at 3pm. Quite suspicious, I reckon! I made it clear to her that I wouldn’t be parting with any money before I’d seen the property. It's a well-known trick! Just a heads up, her email is: [email protected].

I received a rather dubious message from a woman claiming to have a property that perfectly matched what we were looking for. We exchanged emails throughout the day, and she insisted on a £900 holding deposit prior to any viewings. However, upon visiting the address, it turns out no one had ever heard of her. Totally suspicious and definitely seems like a scam!

This individual has ripped off my partner for £2,000, which is particularly distressing given that she’s expecting and we’re in desperate need of accommodation to avoid being without a home. We were left waiting at a location to check out a property, and it’s simply unacceptable! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I was duped out of £725 just yesterday!

The fraudster went by the name of *EMMA DOUGLAS*, claiming to have a rental property available. Everything seemed above board-she presented herself as quite the professional, complete with a solicitor and proper tenancy agreement. She insisted that payment was required before I could even set foot in the house. Given my dire situation, I jumped at the chance, willing to move anywhere! Then, she concocted some tale about her solicitor having been involved in a car accident, and that was when the alarm bells began to ring in my head. I realised this was a scam! I immediately contacted my bank and the police, and they are now investigating the matter in hopes of recovering my funds. She seemed to know all the right things to say, just like any decent con artist would! Please, do your due diligence-normally I'm quite thorough with my research, but in my state of vulnerability and desperation, I fell right into her trap.

Beware of a con artist going by the name of Denise Peyker Couchman! I recently encountered this individual after responding to an advert on Gumtree about a rental property. She requested a hefty £500 deposit before I’d even set foot in the place. Initially, I arranged a viewing, but then she shifted the goalposts, insisting I make a bank transfer to her so-called solicitor (with a distinctly Nigerian name). That’s when the alarm bells rang, and I decided to do a bit of digging. I owe my gratitude to everyone who shared their experiences here. You've saved me from a £500 disaster!

I received a call from +44 7537 182225, and it was from someone named Denise Couchman, who attempted to pull a fast one on me with a Gumtree listing. She sent over some absolutely gorgeous photos of a property, but I sceptically thought it was far too good to be real. Sensing something fishy, I did a bit of digging and discovered her little scheme. There's no way she’s getting one over on me, that’s for certain! It’s astonishing how low some people will sink to scam others, especially during these tough times. Despicable!

I can't express how relieved I am that I decided to look up Denise Couchman after posting an ad on Gumtree for a rental property. She reached out to me, using that same email you mentioned, and sent over some photos of her house in Newtownabbey. The place appeared to be just what we needed! However, I’m truly grateful to have come across these warning reports about her before proceeding any further in dealings with her. It definitely saved me a potential headache!

I stumbled upon a rather alarming situation today regarding a certain Denise Peyker Couchman, who appeared to be listing a property on Gumtree. It seems she attempted to swindle a young woman in Belfast. The con artist forwarded some dubious documents, including a bogus tenancy agreement alongside a deposit scheme invoice, demanding a sum of £1,100. Luckily, the young lady was prudent enough to share these dodgy papers with me, and I started to have my suspicions, especially when I noticed that the landlord's address was way up in Scotland. After doing a bit of digging, I came across comments from other individuals who’d also fallen victim to this trickery. I promptly alerted the young woman, making it clear that she had been targeted by a scammer. It's quite concerning to think that this fraudster has seemingly been operating without restraint for some time now-what’s the hold-up with reporting this to the proper authorities?

I unfortunately fell victim to a scam perpetrated by someone named Denise Couchman. She appeared at my residence at 8:30 this morning, and I naively transferred £250 to her yesterday. I'm extremely displeased with the entire situation, particularly regarding this phone number: +44 7537 181409.

Got a message off someone claiming to be Linda Carrigan, offering a flat for rent but asking for a deposit before even seeing it. They also slipped up and used the name Laura at one point, which was fishy. They sent over a tenancy agreement that looked proper, really convincing. But I wasn’t daft, as soon as they mentioned paying upfront, I knew something was off. This all came from a reply to my ad on Gumtree.
