Got a text out of the blue saying it was from Lloyds, telling me to click on a link. Don't have an account with them and the link looked dodgy, so I reckon it's one of those phishing scams.

Got a dodgy text saying I needed to log into some fake Lloyds banking site to disable my mobile banking, but I've never even opened a Lloyds account! Seems like a total scam to me.

Got a call from 07536696903 saying they were from Royal Mail, telling me to check out a website called "roalmail-online-shipping[###]". It was obvious a scam. I just ignored it and deleted the message straight away.

Just got a message from this number saying they’re Royal Mail and need £2.99 for a delivery fee on a parcel for me. If that was true, my actual postman would have left a note through the door instead of texting me. They've done that in the past, never sent a text. Plus, it raised some serious red flags - how on earth would they even have my phone number? Royal Mail doesn’t keep your number and use it for stuff like this. Definitely a SCAM!

From experience, Royal Mail texts always show their name, not just a number like this one did. I deal with real deliveries enough to spot these dodgy scams straight away.
