Got a call with someone speaking Chinese, closed it right away. Definitely a bother and probably another scam like the one I got earlier but from a different number. They also keep leaving voicemails, really annoying at this point.

Got a voicemail from this number after missing their call. The message said something about the Chinese Embassy, but apart from that, it was mostly in Chinese. Only the embassy part was in English.
