My mum, who’s in the shielding group and not great with tech, got a text from this number. Luckily, she asked me to take a look because apparently they said she owed them over £200 or something.

Got a text claiming it was from HMRC about a tax refund, but it was totally a scam. Be careful, they’re trying to trick people with fake tax rebate messages. Don’t trust those texts!
