I've been inundated with calls from Provident regarding a supposed debt linked to Vodafone that supposedly belongs to a family member of mine. Time and time again, we've explained that this person hasn’t resided here for six years, and quite frankly, it has nothing to do with us. I've even provided them with the individual’s mobile number and requested that they leave us out of it, yet the calls persist. They keep ringing and making ominous threats about bailiffs if we don’t settle this fictional debt. It’s really beginning to wear me down with their relentless bullying. What steps can we possibly take to resolve this?

It's imperative that the representatives reach out regarding the supposed debt linked to Vodafone, which pertains to a relative of ours. We’ve repeatedly stated that this person hasn't resided at our address for over six years and is in no way connected to us. We've even supplied them with the contact details of the individuals involved and made it clear that they should cease contacting us, yet nothing has changed. They continue to bombard us with calls and have even begun threatening us with bailiffs if we don't make a payment. This relentless intimidation has left us quite distressed. What steps can we take to rectify this situation?
