I got a recorded message from a woman with an American accent saying some letter from HMRC had bounced back and they were gonna take legal steps unless I sorted it. It told me to press 1 to speak to an “advisor”. Since I’m retired and don’t deal with tax stuff anymore, I just ended the call and blocked the number straight away. Seems pretty dodgy to me.
