I got a call telling me that money had been sent overseas from two of my bank accounts. I looked into it since I actually use both accounts, but after digging deeper, I found out it was a total scam.

Got a call sayin’ I needed to confirm a dodgy £900 charge on my card, press 1 to check it. It was one of those recorded voices so I just ended the call straight away.

Everytime I answer and say hello, it’s just dead quiet on the other end. No response at all.

Got a call from someone saying it was 02, but I ended the call once they mentioned putting me through to the manager. Then, 01252242025 phoned me right back, but I didn’t pick up. They rang me three more times really quickly after that. They even called yesterday evening too. When I did answer, a lady with an accent hung up as soon as she said she’d connect me to the manager.

So this bloke phoned me, right? And when I told him to stop calling and put me on their no-call list - like three times - the guy just had the nerve to ask if I was deaf or something! Proper rude.
