I keep getting calls where some robot voice tells me to “add me on WhatsApp” and then just hangs up. It’s happened a bunch of times. Out of curiosity, I added them on WhatsApp and it turned out to be someone named Bonnie Gordon with a business profile. She messaged me saying something like, “Hi! I’m a recruitment manager at Upwork. I wanted to share some good news with you. Can I have a moment of your time?” which is odd because I never applied for any jobs and her listed job is in beauty, not recruitment. Quite confusing!

It was one of those recorded voice things. Didn’t bother to listen, just ended the call.
