Got a couple of texts from this number claiming it's Royal Mail saying my parcel was on hold because I hadn’t paid £1.99 for shipping. They sent a link to pay up but it’s all dodgy - Royal Mail don’t handle delivery fees like that. Definitely a scam, so I've blocked the number already.
