I've had to block this number multiple times today already. Every time they ring, it's dead silent until I hear a click, then suddenly there's a loud call centre noise with loads of background chatter. Pretty clear it's some dodgy place abroad where they don't have any covid restrictions. Classic scammer tactic, probably trying to get around the TPS by using this method. Absolute pain!
