I got a call today at 11.21 a.m. from a very courteous lady claiming to be from BT, saying they were going to cancel my internet because I haven’t been using it much. Just as I was writing this, another woman rang me at 11.44 a.m. from the number 02339980956, saying they’d been trying to reach me and were going to stop my internet service. This is quite upsetting as I’m 83 years old and care for my wife full time.
