I've received exactly the same text - it's undoubtedly a scam. It claimed to be from Royal Mail, stating that there’s a £2 charge for shipping, and instructed me to pay via: https://parcelforce-customscharges.co/. They threatened that my parcel would be sent back if the fee wasn't settled. Best to disregard this nonsense and block the number!
