I received a call from this number promoting a brand new burglar and emergency alarm system. They mentioned an installation charge of £199, which could supposedly be claimed back from my home insurance. However, something about the whole spiel didn't sit right with me. As someone who has served as a police officer, I can't help but view it as a potential scam, at least for now.

I received a call from a lady claiming to be affiliated with the police, but in reality, she was simply peddling some kind of security system that supposedly made it effortless to contact the police. I made it quite clear what I thought of her pitch and sent her packing.
