Got a call on October 3rd from a mobile number. It hung up right before I could answer. When I checked, the voicemail was all in Chinese. Decided to block it after that.

Just like the person before me mentioned, I got a call from the same number sayin my phone would stop workin in 2 hours. The caller never said who they were, just gave me choices: press 1 for English or 2 for Chinese, then I guess they said the same thing in Chinese. I didn’t choose anything and just ended the call.

It was a recorded message saying my service would get disconnected in a couple hours, with options for English or Chinese - I picked English by pressing one. Then a guy said something like 'elli' and hung up. Tried calling back, and it came up as EE's number but there was loads of Chinese chatter in the background. Feels dodgy, like some sort of Chinese scam or hack. I've blocked it now.
